Subscription Orders

  • Non-Refundable Items: Due to the personalized nature of our subscription service, all subscription items are non-refundable and ineligible for returns.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your subscription item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Support within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective product along with your order details. We will assess the issue and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

One-Time Purchases 

  • Return Eligibility: We accept returns on unopened full-size fragrances and gift sets purchased outside of the subscription service. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Ensure that the items are in their original, unopened condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue store credit equivalent to the purchase price, applicable towards any future purchase on our website.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that we do not accept returns on one-time purchase fragrance vials.

General Guidelines

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective.

  • Processing Time: Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 14 business days upon receipt of the returned items.
